1. Timeframe for Exchange Request:

   – Apply for an exchange within 2 days of product delivery.

2. Delivery Partners:

   – We rely on trusted partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

3. Exchange Charges:

   – For exchange, customers are requested to pay a one-way charge of ₹100.

4. Discounted Products Refund:

   – If a discounted product is returned during a sale, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

5. Exchange Pickup:

   – Once an exchange request is accepted, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 3 days.

   – If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick up, you can self-ship the product. 

6. Exchange Product Delivery:

   – Exchange products are shipped once the original product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

   – Expect to receive the exchange order in 15-20 days.

Return Policy:

1. Timeframe for Return Request:

   – Exchange within 2 days of delivery; returns only for manufacturing defects within 3 days.

2. Return for Sale Items:

   – Sale items are non-returnable.

3. Return Rejection Criteria:

   – We may reject returns if items are not returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.

4. Late Return Requests:

   – Contact customer support via the “contact us” form after 2 days. Include your original product photo for the best solution.
